Justin Bieber defends himself on Twitter after deposition video hits the web

The troubled singer says he had a "right to defend" himself.

MIAMI, March 10 (UPI) -- Justin Bieber appears touchy and recalcitrant in recently released footage of his deposition to a lawyer about his bodyguard's alleged attack on a photographer last year.

He gets especially upset when Miami lawyer Mark DiCowden repeatedly questions the Canadian pop star about his relationship with on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez. The two were seen kissing in Texas over the weekend.

As spliced up videos of his deposition made the rounds, Bieber took to Twitter.

"Love how some people love to twist and justify the horrible action of others," he wrote. "We all have a right to defend ourselves and feel harassed."

"They can't break us," he told his fans. "They can't get us down. We are too strong. We love too much. #mybeliebers."
