Kate Upton threatens to sue over fake topless photos

LOS ANGELES, March 9 (UPI) -- Kate Upton, the 21-year-old model who has twice covered Sports Illustrated's annual Swimsuit Issue, most recently participated in a zero-gravity shoot for the magazine's 2014 issue.

But TMZ reported Sunday that lawyers representing the model are in uproar over fake topless photos published by an NSFW website called Celeb Jihad.

The site published the photoshopped nudes under the tagline, "Kate Upton Naked Outtake From SI Swimsuit 2014," though Celeb Jihad has since removed them.

"One of these photographs has even been airbrushed," one of Upton's lawyers reportedly said in the letter.
