Elsa Pataky paints life saver around her baby bump [PHOTO]

The actress, pregnant with twins, had her first solo outing since Sunday's Academy Awards for the photo shoot.

LOS ANGELES, March 6 (UPI) -- A very pregnant Elsa Pataky was spotted in a unusual outfit Tuesday: The 37-year-old Spanish actress was seen sporting short red shorts and a matching sports bra with a painted life saver around her baby bump during a photo shoot in Los Angeles.

Pataky, actor Chris Hemsworth's wife, was joined on set by her 22-month-old daughter India as she posed in a lifeguard stand on a Los Angeles beach.

The shoot marks Pataky's first solo outing since attending the 86th Annual Academy Awards with Hemsworth on Sunday.

After Pataky announced her pregnancy in November of 2013, Hello! magazine reported in January that she was expecting twins.

The actress is allegedly due in the Spring.
