Nicole Richie dyes her hair purple

The 32-year-old designer debuted her new looks at an Oscars after party.

LOS ANGELES, March 3 (UPI) -- Nicole Ritchie had been teasing about having purple hair for days, and on Monday the 32-year-old designer finally made it happen.

In a photo posted to her Instagram account, Richie rocks her new hair hue in a tight up-do. She titled the pic, "About last night..."

Fellow purple-haired celebrity Kelly Osbourne also shared a photo of Ritche's new looks during a gathering that looked like the Oscars after party.

"Guess took the bet & dyed there hair MY color @nicolerichie," Osbourne captioned the photo.

Ritchie's new hairstyles comes a week after she posted a photoshopped picture of herself on the image sharing site with purple hair.
