Arnold Schwarzenegger liked Jason Momoa's 'Conan'

Jason Momoa said Arnold Schwarzenegger said he did a good job in "Conan" remake in 2011.

March 2 (UPI) -- Actor Jason Momoa said he heard Arnold Schwarzenegger like the rebooted version of "Conan the Barbarian."

Momoa played the titular character in the 2011 remake of the 1982 film starring Schwarzenegger.

"I’ve never met Arnold Schwarzenegger, but I heard he watched it," Momoa told Parade magazine. "He had a little private screening with [producer] Avi Lerner, and I heard he liked it, and that he said I did a good job."

Momoa previously appeared in "Game of Thrones" and "Stargate: Atlantis," and is currently starring in the Sundance Channel series "The Red Road" with wife Lisa Bonet.
