DMX settles $1M child support case

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- U.S. rapper DMX paid off a large portion of about $1 million he owed in back child support to his ex, Patricia Trejo, the rapper's representative told TMZ.

DMX settled the case for an undisclosed amount, TMZ reported. He owed Trejo more than 10 years of back child support, and had his passport taken away due to the large amount.

Now that the case is settled, DMX got his passport back and has gone on tour in Europe, TMZ said.
