MINDY McCREADY: About 400 mourners attended Mindy McCready's funeral Tuesday in the late country singer's hometown of Fort Myers, Fla., People.com reported.

McCready intentionally shot herself at her Arkansas home last week after years of battling addictions to drugs and alcohol. She was 37.

Her fiance had also recently died and her two young sons were taken away from her after her family said she was drinking and using drugs again.

People.com said a white hearse, escorted by two police cars, transported the singer's wooden casket to the service at Crossroads Baptist Church Tuesday.

Pallbearers included McCready's three brothers -- Timothy, Joshua and Skyler -- and some of her cousins.

"Mindy adored her two children. She wanted them to know that. Through much agony and pain, she went to heaven. She is no longer sick. She is healed. Thank you for all who are here. Please pray for those boys. No matter what, she will always be my little girl, sitting in her car seat, singing into a hairbrush. The world was her stage," People.com said McCready's mother, Gayle Inge, told the mourners gathered inside the church.

A memorial service is also being planned in Nashville by McCready's friends in the music industry.

McCready was known for her hits "I'm Still Here" and "Ten Thousand Angels." She was also a participant on TV's "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew."

MICHELLE WILLIAMS: New York-based actress Michelle Williams and Hollywood actor Jason Segel have broken up after about a year of dating, UsMagazine.com reported.

A source told the magazine the romance couldn't survive the long distance and the couple ended it this month.

Segel recently signed up for a ninth and final season of the TV sitcom "How I Met Your Mother," which will keep him in Los Angeles.

Williams lives with Matilda, her 7-year-old daughter, in Brooklyn. The little girl's father is the late actor Heath Ledger, who died in 2007 of an accidental drug overdose.

LINDSAY LOHAN: Lindsay Lohan's lawyer says the Hollywood starlet wants to be "a productive and responsible person and contributor to society," court documents show.

Mark Heller, the attorney representing the 26-year-old actress in her ongoing probation violation case, filed for a continuance to enable Lohan "who is pursuing and participating in certain activities, which will benefit her and afford her more of an opportunity, to be a productive and responsible person and contributor to society," E! News said.

Heller's motion also seeks to dismiss charges made against Lohan after police alleged she lied about who was driving her Porsche when she was involved in a Santa Monica, Calif., car crash last June. Heller claimed specific procedural irregularities in the ways authorities responded to the incident.

A source told E! News the activities proposed would include "various public service and various charitable efforts."

"She's finally made a decision to turn her life around," the insider said.

The former child star of hit films such as "The Parent Trap," "Freaky Friday" and "Mean Girls" has seen her career eclipsed in recent years by her legal woes and battles with drug and alcohol addiction. She was most recently seen in the critically panned TV movie "Liz & Dick."

SUSAN LUCCI: Actress Susan Lucci says she is in talks to appear on the upcoming Internet version of her canceled, Pennsylvania-set soap opera "All My Children."

Lucci played scheming diva Erica Kane for 41 years before the daytime drama was canceled by ABC in 2011.

A Web version of the soap began production Monday, with many of the show's cast members reprising their roles. The Online Network expects to start airing fresh episodes of the series this year.

"I so hope that I can return," Lucci said on Monday's edition of the ABC chat show, "The View."

"I want with all my heart to return to 'All My Children.' I just don't know the answer yet. But what I do know is that all of us -- all of us -- are working so hard to make that happen."
