AMY LOCANE-BOVENIZER: A New Jersey jury found actress Amy Locane-Bovenizer guilty of vehicular homicide related to a 2010 drunk driving accident.

Locane-Bovenizer, 40, starred in the films "Cry-Baby," "Airheads" and "School Ties," as well as the first season of "Melrose Place."

She was arrested in 2010 after she crashed into another vehicle, while driving with a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit, prosecutors said.

Helene Seeman, 60, was killed and her husband, Fred, injured by the actress' car as they were turning into their driveway in Montgomery Township, N.J.

People.com said Tuesday Locane-Bovenizer faces five to 10 years in prison for Helene's death, and three to five years behind bars for an assault by auto charge for Fred's injuries.

Locane-Bovenizer, a mother of two, is in prison now as she awaits sentencing March 1.

'DANCING WITH THE STARS:' Reality TV personality Melissa Rycroft and her professional dance partner, Tony Dovolani, won "Dancing with the Stars" in Los Angeles.

They beat out Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson and actress Kelly Monaco, along with their professional dance partners, for the coveted mirror-ball trophy on the all-stars edition of the competition series.

Rycroft and Dovolani are both first-time winners.

Johnson and Derek Hough came in second and Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy third in Tuesday's 2-hour season finale.

ANGUS T. JONES: Actor Angus T. Jones, who stars as Jake on CBS' "Two and a Half Men" has apologized for calling the U.S. sitcom filth and asking people to stop watching it.

Jones, 19, initially made the comments during a video posted on YouTube Monday by a conservative religious group.

He has subsequently backpedaled on the statements about the show on which he has acted for 10 seasons.

"I apologize if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed," the actor said in a statement Tuesday.

"I never intended that," he said. "Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on 'Two and Half Men' with whom I have worked and over the past 10 years who have become an extension of my family."

The Hollywood Reporter said Jones' character, Jake, is not scheduled to appear in the next two episodes of "Men," but it has nothing to do with his comments.
