MACAULAY CULKIN: Macaulay Culkin's publicist is denying a tabloid report that the U.S. actor is battling an addiction to heroin and prescription drugs.

The National Enquirer said the 31-year-old former child star of "Home Alone" only has six months to live, but Culkin's representative told E! News Wednesday the report is "not only categorically without merit, but it is also impossibly and ridiculously fictitious."
"We beseech the responsible media to consider the source and its reputation, and to please not perpetuate this destructive and insulting story by pursuing it any further," the publicist said.
CUBA GOODING JR: Cuba Gooding Jr.'s lawyer contacted New Orleans police regarding an arrest warrant issued for the Oscar-winning actor this week, authorities said.
A female bartender told police the "Jerry Maguire" star shoved her twice after she asked him to calm down or leave when patrons at the Bourbon Street watering hole where she works snapped his picture early Tuesday.
Gooding Jr. reportedly left the bar in a huff and a battery arrest warrant was issued for him.
Gooding Jr.'s attorney, Peter Toumbekis, told the Los Angeles Times the actor is "taking necessary actions" to resolve his legal troubles.

No other details regarding Gooding Jr.'s side of the story were immediately available.
SHARON OSBOURNE: Sharon Osbourne says she doesn't know whether she will return as a judge on Season 8 of the TV competition show "America's Got Talent."
"I mean, I never know what I'm doing tomorrow let alone today," Osbourne told UsMagazine.com Tuesday.
Osbourne said her July 26 tweet saying she doesn't plan to come back next season was meant to clarify remarks her fellow "AGT" judge Howard Stern made on his radio show about her contract negotiations for the upcoming season.
"I just didn't like the fact that it got out that it was because of money. It's not because of money," Osbourne told UsMagazine.com.
"They've asked Howard back, they haven't asked me back. So, who knows in this business?" she said. "Six years is a long time to be on any show. I love the show. It is actually personally my favorite show on TV. I love what the show does, I love the people I work with. But I would have to think about me, I have to think about what I want to do. I don't know [if I'd return]."

'THE BRADY BUNCH:' Vince Vaughn and Peter Billingsley are producing an updated version of the classic sitcom "The Brady Bunch" for CBS, The Hollywood Reporter said.
The multicamera comedy will focus on Bobby Brady, a character from the original show, who is now a divorced dad starting a new family with his second wife, the entertainment industry trade newspaper said.
The original ABC sitcom about a widower with three sons -- the youngest of whom was Bobby -- marrying a divorced woman with three daughters ran from 1969-74.
No casting for the contemporary version has been announced.
