JEREMY RENNER: U.S. actor Jeremy Renner says he is determined to keep his personal life private but says he is not gay.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the star of the Oscar-winning film "The Hurt Locker," who will soon be seen in the comic-book adaptation "The Avengers" denied rumors he is gay.

"I want my personal life to be personal, and it's not [expletive] true," Renner, 41, said of the buzz.

"And I don't care if you're talking about things that are true, you're still talking about my personal life," Renner said. "How about I go peek in your window, take what underwear you wore last night, whose husband you were [expletive] and shove that in the megaphone throughout your neighborhood? How does that feel? It's none of your goddamn business."

VINCE NEIL: The Palms hotel and casino in Las Vegas says it has banned Motley Crue front man Vince Neil because of his alleged "inappropriate behavior."

Neil last week complained via Twitter about his treatment by staff at the Palms restaurant Little Buddha March 28.

"I love Vegas, but DO NOT GO TO LITTLE BUDDHA @PALMS IN VEGAS," he said via Twitter. "OMG RUDEST STAFF EVER!! Don't go!!"

"Do [sic] to recent events, including distrust and dishonesty at the executive level. I will never again step foot @palms property," the rocker said in a follow-up tweet.

"Mr. Neil has recently made negative comments about Palms on Twitter, however, he fails to mention his own actions. As a result of Mr. Neil's inappropriate behavior, he was asked to leave a restaurant at Palms," the Las Vegas Sun reported Palms representatives said in a statement.

"Mr. Neil has also since called Palms personnel threatening negative publicity. While we believe this is unfortunate, and we would prefer that Mr. Neil put his efforts toward apologizing for his conduct, such threats will have no effect on Palms' policies or its decision in this matter," the statement said. "We at Palms take customer service very seriously, but we also take the well-being of our team members just as seriously. We cannot and will not allow our guests, no matter who they are, to mistreat our team members. As a result of his actions, Mr. Neil is no longer welcome at Palms."

This is not the first complaint made in the city about the rocker's behavior.

Neil, who owns the Vegas adult club Vince Neil's Girls, Girls, Girls, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct after getting into an altercation with a woman at Shimmer Cabaret more than a year ago, the Sun noted.

RYAN SEACREST: Ryan Seacrest announced on Wednesday's edition of "Today" he is to cover the London Olympics this summer for NBC.

Interviewer Matt Lauer jokingly asked Seacrest during his appearance on the program about rumors claiming he is poised to replace him as "Today" anchor.

"Oh, they didn't tell you?'' Seacrest quipped.

"I see you doing this for as long as you want to so maybe the question is, how long will you be on the 'Today' show?" he said. "The plan is for me to join the NBC family and continue to have a role with the E! Network."

Seacrest works on several E! programs and is the longtime host of "American Idol."

STOCKARD CHANNING: Stockard Channing and John Larroquette will be the co-hosts of the 78th annual Drama League Awards in New York, organizers said Wednesday.

The ceremony will take place May 18 at the Marriott Marquis Times Square.

This year's award nominees will be announced April 24 at Sardi's, a restaurant in Manhattan's theater district.

"We are thrilled to have Stockard and John hosting the best party on Broadway," Drama League Executive Director Gabriel Shanks said in a statement. "With two of New York's brightest stars at the helm, the afternoon will be a joyful and unforgettable celebration of this season's excellence."

Channing can currently be seen in the Broadway hit "Other Desert Cities." Her work in "The Lion in Winter," "House of Blue Leaves," "Four Baboons Adoring the Sun" and "Six Degrees of Separation" earned her four Tony Award nominations. Her film credits include "Practical Magic," "Twilight," "Moll Flanders" and "Grease." She also starred on TV's "The West Wing," in which Larroquette also played a recurring role.

Larroquette, former star of TV's "Night Court" and "Boston Legal," is now appearing onstage in the Broadway revival of "Gore Vidal's The Best Man." He won a Tony for his work in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" last year.
