Warren, 32, was charged last week with misdemeanor drunken driving, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

The charges against her stem from a May 23 episode during which she allegedly drove under the influence of drugs or alcohol, hit several cars and tried to escape from the police station where she was being booked.

The "Planet of the Apes" and "Kangaroo Jack" star's attorney Darren Kavinoky told People.com Friday Warren is voluntarily wearing an alcohol-detecting bracelet because "she wants to prove she isn't drinking."

"She's committed to making the situation right and moving on in a way that's appropriate," Kavinoky added.

"Estella's attitude towards this whole thing is awesome. She's more than accepting. She's embracing the personal opportunities that have come from this."

EMMA WATSON: Emma Watson's publicist says the British actress isn't dating Johnny Simmons, her co-star in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower."

"This is completely untrue and we have no idea where these rumors have stemmed from," Watson's representative told E! News Thursday regarding the courtship chatter.

Watson, 21, is best known for her work in the Harry Potter film franchise.

Simmons, 24, has appeared in the movies "Hotel for Dogs" and "Evan Almighty."

MAGGIE RIZER: U.S. model Maggie Rizer has confirmed via Twitter she is pregnant with her first child.

Rizer and businessman Alex Mehran married last September.

"It's true! Alex and I couldn't possibly be more excited! We will be welcoming a baby boy this November!" Rizer posted on her Twitter feed.

SUSAN BOYLE: Scottish recording artist Susan Boyle has confirmed she is to be the subject of a touring stage show.

Boyle, 50, became an overnight sensation in 2009 after her heartwarming rendition of "I Dreamed A Dream" on "Britain's Got Talent" became a massive hit on YouTube.

She has since sold more than 14 million albums.

"I never thought my life story would end up on the stage," the BBC quoted Boyle as saying. "A lot has happened in two years and it is a very exciting prospect. I hope everyone enjoys the show and I promise there will be a few surprises along the way."

The BBC said the musical is expected to start touring the United Kingdom in 2012.

"She is an inspiring woman and her story is an excellent one to tell -- someone with a raw talent, who surprises the world and overturns all the odds to make a new life for herself," producer Michael Harrison said.

"It's got all the qualities of a fairytale, but with the added bonus of being absolutely true."
