Jackson house guest fights to stay in home

LOS ANGELES, March 12 (UPI) -- Lawyers for Michael Jackson's estate insisted in court that long-time house guest Alejandra Jackson vacate the family's Los Angeles-area estate.

Jackson, who has children with ex-Jackson 5 members Randy and Jermaine Jackson, had asked a court for permission to stay in the Hayvenhurst place in Encino indefinitely with her children.

A hearing on the matter was scheduled for Tuesday.

TMZ.com said Saturday Alejandra Jackson contends the late King of Pop would have wanted her to live in the home as long as she wanted and accused the estate in court documents of changing the locks and removing her food from the premises.
