LOS ANGELES, Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor was released from a California hospital Saturday, a week after part of her right leg was amputated, her husband told TMZ.

Prince Frederic von Anhalt said Gabor, who turns 94 Feb. 6, will require round-the-clock care and must remain in bed for eight weeks while she recovers.

Three-quarters of Gabor's leg was removed Jan. 14 to treat a blood clot and ward off an infection.

She has been in and out of the hospital since last July when she fell out of bed at her Beverly Hills home, suffering an injury that required a hip replacement.
