LAS VEGAS, Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Roy Horn's former assistant is suing the illusionist for sexual harassment, court records filed in Nevada indicate.

Horn and Siegfried Fischbacher were known professionally as the Las Vegas stage act Siegfried and Roy. They announced their retirement from show business this year.

ABCNews.com said Oliver Preiss filed his lawsuit against the entertainers in Nevada's Clark County Court Sept. 17 shortly after he was fired.

In the court documents, Preiss claims he was groped by Horn and subjected to repeated "requests for sex," the news program's Web site said.

He is seeking more than $100,000 in damages, alleging he suffers from crippling anxiety and claiming his relationship with his wife has been damaged.

Horn's attorney told ABCNews.com, "No comment," when asked for the performer's side of the story.

Horn was seriously injured several years ago when a tiger mauled him on stage during a performance.
