Jolie not significantly injured on 'Salt'

ALBANY, N.Y., June 1 (UPI) -- Film actress Angelina Jolie is "fine" after enduring a minor injury while filming "Salt" in Long Island, N.Y., her representative says.

The unidentified representative for the 33-year-old actress confirmed Jolie was hurt while filming a scene for the action film, but has since returned to work, People.com reported Friday.

"She is fine," the representative said.

Columbia Pictures said Jolie was taken to a hospital after the on-set accident as a precautionary measure. TMZ said Jolie bumped her head and sustained a small gash between her eyes while doing a stunt.

The film from director Phillip Noyce also stars actors Liev Schreiber and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
