'Project Runway' disputes resolved

NEW YORK , April 1 (UPI) -- NBC Universal announced Wednesday that it has resolved its disputes with The Weinstein Co. and Lifetime regarding the U.S. reality series "Project Runway."

"The Weinstein Co. will pay NBCU for the right to move 'Project Runway' to Lifetime. All of the parties are pleased with the outcome," NBC Universal said in a statement.

Harvey Weinstein added that he wanted to "personally congratulate" Jeff Zucker and NBCU "on their success in the litigation and thank Jeff for resolving this in a professional manner."

He said they look forward to working together on ongoing projects.
