NEW YORK, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- LimeWire Store says it is releasing "Live at Lime with Lisa Loeb," an acoustic, digital-only album comprised of the U.S. singer's pop hits and children's songs.

The Extended Play collection is to be sold exclusively at www.store.limewire.com, starting Dec. 9.

LimeWire said it will donate its proceeds from the album to the Camp Lisa Foundation, Loeb's non-profit, which raises funds to send underprivileged children to summer camp.

Included is Loeb's hit "Stay (I Missed You)," which was the No. 1 song on U.S. record charts for three weeks in 1994, earning her the distinction of being the first artist to top Billboard's Hot 100 without being signed to a record label.

"Working with Lisa to help raise awareness and funds for her Camp Lisa Foundation has been great. Her enthusiasm about the foundation's mission is infectious, so we're committed to making this a successful partnership," LimeWire Store's Tom Monday said in a statement. "We've got a great new EP, Lisa has a large and loyal fan base, and sales

benefit a good cause -- that's a powerful combination."

"I'm super excited to start the holiday season with LimeWire Store," added Loeb. "They have been incredibly generous and great creative partners on this project, and I look forward to changing the summer for a few more children through The Camp Lisa Foundation."
