LOS ANGELES, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- Rapper Kanye West won't face felony charges for allegedly damaging a photographer's equipment, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said Friday.
West was arrested on a felony vandalism charge this month at Los Angeles International Airport after he allegedly grabbed a paparazzo's camera and threw it on the ground.
West's road manager, Don Crawley, was also arrested in connection with the incident. Both the singer and Crawley posted bail and were released from police custody.
The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office told People magazine it was reviewing the case for possible misdemeanor charges.
