'Girl' still No. 1 on U.S. record chart

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 7 (UPI) -- Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" is No. 1 on the U.S. record chart for a seventh week, Billboard.com reported Thursday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 is Chris Brown's "Forever," followed by Rihanna's songs "Disturbia" and "Take a Bow" in the Nos. 3 and 4 spots and Coldplay's "Viva La Vida" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are Lil Wayne's "A Milli" at No. 6, Kardinal Offishall's "Dangerous" featuring Akon at No. 7, the Jonas Brothers' "Tonight" at No. 8, The Pussycat Dolls's "When I Grow Up" at No. 9 and Ne-Yo's "Closer" at No. 10.
