NASHVILLE, July 31 (UPI) -- The rock band the Black Crowes has accused Nashville singer Gretchen Wilson of infringing on the copyright of its song "Jealous Again."

The Nashville Tennessean said the group made the allegation after part of the song was featured in Wilson's recording of "Work Hard, Play Harder," which is being used in TV ads promoting the TNT drama series "Saving Grace."

The song Wilson co-wrote with John Rich and Vicky McGehee has not, however, been released as a single, the newspaper said.

"We find the musical verses of Wilson's song to be such an obvious example of copyright infringement that I expect all parties to reach a relatively quick resolution to avoid litigation," Billboard.com quoted Crowes manager Pete Angelus as saying.

The Tennessean said Wilson's representatives could not be reached for comment before its story was published.
