Stars line up to play 'Family Feud'

BURBANK, Calif., June 12 (UPI) -- The families of Larry the Cable Guy, Ice T, Joan Rivers and Wayne Newton are on board to compete in the U.S. game show "Celebrity Family Feud," NBC said.

Also ready to play with their families for the charities of their choices are the Kardashians, and the families of Deion and Pilar Sanders, Bill Engvall, Vivica A. Fox, Mo'Nique, Christopher Knight and Adrianne Curry, Raven-Symone, Tiki Barber, Ed McMahon, Vincent Pastore, Kathie Lee Gifford, Dog the Bounty Hunter, Corbin Bernsen, Margaret Cho, and cast members from the series "American Gladiators," "The Office," "My Name is Earl," "The Girls Next Door" and "American Chopper."

The show is to debut July 1 with "Today Show" co-host, Al Roker, presiding over the competition.

NBC described "Celebrity Family Feud" as "a star-studded version of the beloved and enduring game show."

Each week, four celebrity families match wits to raise money for their respective charities. Two families compete against each other with the winner from each round going into the finals where one team will compete to win up to $50,000 for their charity, the network said.
