NEW YORK, May 9 (UPI) -- Canadian actress Kim Cattrall said some of the men who appeared on her risque former TV series "Sex and the City" were anxious about showing a little skin.

"They say about women actresses being so vain, but male actors? I'm telling you, (it's about) their hair!" Cattrall told reporters in New York recently.

"They don't care about the makeup, it's their hair, and when men had to start doing nude scenes, they were such babies about it," she explained. "I remember one actor who was doing his scene, he had to show a bit of his butt, right? And he went to the gym, he hadn't eaten for weeks and he passed out on the set. (I thought,) 'You've got to be kidding!' We're like, 'C'mon, get with it, let's go!' And he's like, "Oh, no … I don't want to show my butt.'"
