"Amy Winehouse voluntarily attended a London police station today by appointment. She was arrested in order to be interviewed and is cooperating fully with inquiries. The interview relates to a video handed to police earlier this year," the representative said in a statement released to TMZ.com.

The Sun newspaper said the Grammy Award-winning recording artist was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled drug in connection with a video the newspaper published, which showed Winehouse allegedly smoking crack and snorting cocaine.
