Jordan was acquitted of two other counts of second-degree aggravated harassment.

He faces up to a year in jail when he is sentenced next month, E! Online said.

Thurman, a divorced mother of two, is best known for her roles in the movies "Pulp Fiction" and "Kill Bill."

Jordan was arrested after he repeatedly contacted Thurman and her family over a two-year period.
