Winehouse and hubby in 'tough situation'

LONDON, April 28 (UPI) -- British singer Amy Winehouse is in a "tough situation" with her jailed husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, a person close to the Grammy-winner said.

Amid rumors the couple has been unfaithful to one another, they have not come to a decision on whether they are going to end the marriage, People reported.

"It is a tough situation. (I) don't think that anyone who knows them and cares about them doesn't have an opinion about why they should (split), but it's not happening now," the source said.

The source said the 24-year-old singer's "health and well-being" are the most vital issue for people surrounding her.

Winehouse reportedly was held at the Holborn police station in London Friday night after authorities said she was unfit for interviewing. She arrived at the station to answer questions about an earlier assault charge, People said.

"I want her sectioned. The situation is getting out of control. I want her off the street," the singer's father told Britain's News of the World Sunday.
