LOS ANGELES, March 1 (UPI) -- The declining weight of U.S. heiress Nicky Hilton, sister to TV and paparazzi star Paris Hilton, is approaching a point of concern, a report said Saturday.
The hotel fortune heiress was seen shopping in Los Angeles Friday and her apparent considerable weight loss hinted at a potential health concern, the Daily Mail reported.
The British newspaper said the 24-year-old celebrity had barely any muscle or fat on her thighs and a comparison with earlier pictures indicated a significant drop in her weight.
Her weight issue comes as the family behind the Hilton Hotel chain is focusing on the legal problems of Barron Hilton, Paris and Nicky's younger brother.
The Mail said Barron was arrested last month on a charge of driving while intoxicated for allegedly having a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit for operating a vehicle.
