Barron Hilton nabbed for alleged DUI

MALIBU, Calif., Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Paris Hilton's 18-year-old brother Barron was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence at 8:30 a.m. in Malibu, Calif., police said.

TMZ.com said police confirmed Hilton was driving a black Mercedes on the Pacific Coast Highway when he was pulled over at a gas station, arrested and taken to the Lost Hills Sheriff's station where he was booked and is being held on $5,000 bail.

No drugs or drug paraphernalia were found in Hilton's car or on his person, police told the celebrity news Web site.

Hilton's big sister Paris spent about three weeks in jail last year for violating the terms of her probation in a DUI case.
