Manson-Von Teese marriage ended

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- U.S. shock rocker Marilyn Manson and burlesque performer Dita Von Teese are free to wed others, even though they are not yet officially divorced.

A judgment of divorce was entered in Los Angeles County Superior Court Thursday, ending the yearlong marriage of Heather R. Sweet and Brian H. Warner, known professionally as Von Teese and Manson, TMZ.com reported.

The former couple reserved the right, however, to work on the final terms of the agreement, the report said.

Manson, 37, has been dating 20-year-old actress Evan Rachel Wood since he and Von Teese, 35, split up late last year.
