MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Jesse Ventura, the ex-pro wrestler who became governor of Minnesota, explains why he left politics in his new book, "Don't Start the Revolution Without Me."

Ventura is co-writing the book with Dick Russell, author of "The Man Who Knew Too Much," a meditation on John F. Kennedy's assassination, The Minneapolis Star Tribune reported Friday.

His new book with Russell is slated for an April 1 release.

The Star Tribune said Ventura discusses within its pages his view on the war in Iraq and what Cuba's Fidel Castro told him about the Kennedy's assassination.
