'Office' convention planned in Scranton

SCRANTON, Pa., Oct. 10 (UPI) -- Fanatical fans of Pam, Michael, Dwight and Jim are expected to descend on Scranton, Pa., this month for "The Office Convention."

"The time has come for 'The Office' fans to unite and the best place to do it is in Michael Scott's home -- Scranton," Tim Holmes, The Office Convention committee member said in a statement. "Think of it like a 'Star Trek' convention but with nerds wearing Dwight Schrute glasses instead of Spock ears."
