NEW YORK, Oct. 8 (UPI) -- Mexican singer Thalia and her music mogul husband Tommy Mottola have announced the birth of their first child.
Sabrina Sakae was born Sunday morning in New York, peopleenespanol.com reported Monday.
"Mother, father and baby Sabrina are all healthy and very happy and will be residing at their ranch in Colorado," the singer's representative said in a statement.
At the time her pregnancy was announced, Thalia, who is 35, told the magazine her 58-year-old husband has wanted to have kids with her for years.
"If it had been up to Tommy, I would have had children from the first day we married. I would already have three or four," she said.
So, are there more children in their future?
"I see a big family in the picture," Thalia told People in a separate interview.
