NEW YORK, Sept. 16 (UPI) -- An Oct. 10 benefit concert to be held at New York City’s Carnegie Hall will honor the music of Elton John and Bernie Taupin.
The benefit will feature 20 artists, including Leonard Cohen, Joss Stone, Aimee Mann, Ryan Shaw, the Byrds' Roger McGuinn, Phish's Page McConnell, Phoebe Snow, Jill Sobule, Brendan Benson, the Pernice Brothers, Raul Malo and Joshua Radin, Pollstar reported Sunday.

The performers will cover songs written by John and Taupin to benefit Music For Youth, the UJA-Federation of New York's initiative supporting music-education programs for underprivileged and at-risk youth.
