In accepting the award, the actress was visibly moved and thanked her "wonderful fiance, Eric (Calvo,) for all that support and for that amazing little boy, Dezi James, who is waiting for us ... the best thing that ever happened to me."

This was Pressly's first Emmy win.

Other nominees in the category were Jenna Fischer of "The Office," Conchata Ferrell and Holland Taylor -- both of "Two and a Half Men" -- Vanessa Williams of "Ugly Betty" and Elizabeth Perkins from "Weeds."
