LAS VEGAS , Sept. 10 (UPI) -- R&B singer Rihanna Sunday picked up the trophy for Best Video at the MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas.
The 27-year-old Barbadian performer also won the award for "Monster Single of the Year" earlier in the evening.

Both trophies were for her song, "Umbrella."
During the star-studded event, Fall Out Boy was named Best Group and Beyonce, featuring Shakira, won the VMA for Most Earth-Shattering Collaboration for their song, "Beautiful Liar."
