NEW YORK, Aug. 19 (UPI) -- After splitting nearly two years ago, Lindsay Lohan’s parents finally got their divorce finalized in New York.
They officially split in December 2005, but a battle over joint assets and custody drew the divorce process out, Teen Hollywood reported Sunday.

TMZ.com revealed Lohan’s mother, Dina, has been granted the conditions she requested, but the judge complimented both parties ironing out the details.
"You have both demonstrated to me extraordinarily good judgment in resolving this matter as you did," state Supreme Court Justice Robert A. Ross told Michael and Dina Lohan.
However, their custody battle over Lohan's two younger siblings has not yet been resolved and will be heard in court in September.
