LOS ANGELES, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Kevin Federline’s attorney had Britney Spears' longtime friend, Alli Sims, served with a deposition subpoena in Los Angeles Sunday.
Sims was at a party in Los Angeles when the legal papers were brought to her by Aaron Cohen of IMS-Security, People magazine reported.
Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, had her subpoenaed to testify about Spears’ parenting skills, since the would-be rapper filed for full custody of their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, Wednesday.
Sims has known Spears since they were children and the two are often seen partying together in Los Angeles. She recently told People: "(Britney) is a wonderful mom and she is so hands-on. ... Britney loves those babies to death. And they adore her."
