LOS ANGELES, June 17 (UPI) -- Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham has revealed her fitness regime consists of having soccer balls kicked at her in her backyard in Los Angeles.
Her husband, David Beckham, and her sons reportedly practice shooting on goal with her in it, Teen Hollywood reported Sunday.

"They stand me in goal and all three of them (sons) kick footballs at me. David too," she said. "I dive from left to right and that's kind of about it as far as my fitness regime."
