LOS ANGELES, June 15 (UPI) -- Former child star Danny Bonaduce has asked that his wife get $3.3 million and joint custody of their two children in divorce papers filed in Los Angeles.
"The Partridge Family" star, now 47, will receive $3.2 million when his rocky 16-year marriage with Gretchen Bonaduce ends, People magazine reported.
"This divorce couldn't be more amicable," Bonaduce told People. "In fact, we're still living in the same house. Gretchen is my best friend and she still helps me with my career."
The couple's troubles along with Danny Bonaduce's battle with substance abuse were the center of a VH1 reality show, "Breaking Bonaduce."
She filed for the divorce in May citing irreconcilable differences.
They have two children, 12 and 6.
