Oh, the signs they are a changin'

DULUTH, Minn., May 23 (UPI) -- Duluth, the Minnesota city where iconic poet-singer Bob Dylan was born 66 years ago Thursday, will give him street sign as a birthday present.

City workers will install the first brown, black and white street sign marking Duluth's Bob Dylan Way at a morning ceremony, the Duluth News-Tribune reported Wednesday.

The Duluth City Council passed a resolution last year designating nearly two miles of Michigan Street as a cultural pathway to honor Dylan, who grew up in Hibbing before taking off on his journey to fame and fortune.

Fundraising is being conducted to pay for the signs.

Will Dylan show up for the ceremony? The answer, my friends, is blowing in the wind.
