MIRAMIR, Fla., May 12 (UPI) -- A Florida DJ accuses actor Tracy Morgan of assaulting her by touching her and giving her unwanted kisses during a promotional visit to a radio station.
"Sandy Domingo" said Morgan smelled like alcohol when he came to her studio at Mega 94.9 in Miramar Friday, following an interview on sister station Big 105.9, The Miami Herald reported Saturday.
She accused the "30 Rock" star of grabbing her arms, kissing her and putting his head on her lap.
Miramar Police were looking for Morgan, who was in Florida for an appearance at the Improv Comedy Club and Dinner Theatre in Coconut Grove.
A Los Angeles judge ordered the former "Saturday Night Live" performer in April to wear an electronic ankle bracelet, after Morgan pleaded guilty to drunk driving in New York in November. The New York DUI was a violation of Morgan's probation in a prior DUI conviction in Los Angeles.
Morgan was scheduled to be fitted May 25 for the bracelet, which is supposed to test every 30 minutes for alcohol vapors emitted from the skin.
If Morgan tests positive twice for alcohol, he will be sent to jail for 30 days, the newspaper said.
