NEW YORK, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan has pleaded guilty in a New York court to misdemeanor driving while intoxicated charges stemming from an arrest late last year.
As part of the agreement, Morgan must undergo supervised treatment by a doctor, perform an undetermined amount of community service and stay out of legal trouble for six months, TMZ.com said. If he meets these conditions, Morgan will pay a $1,000 fine and will not be sentenced to prison.
Morgan, 38, was stopped Nov. 28 on suspicion of drunken driving after police noticed his erratic driving. It was Morgan's second DUI arrest.
