'30 Rock' star Morgan pleads in DUI case

NEW YORK, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan has pleaded guilty in a New York court to misdemeanor driving while intoxicated charges stemming from an arrest late last year.

As part of the agreement, Morgan must undergo supervised treatment by a doctor, perform an undetermined amount of community service and stay out of legal trouble for six months, TMZ.com said. If he meets these conditions, Morgan will pay a $1,000 fine and will not be sentenced to prison.
