"I came to Hollywood with my mother (Judy Swank) with $75 to our name. I remember my mom using a roll of quarters to call agents from a payphone and telling agents they should sign me," Swank said. "I love my job so much and I remember coming to Hollywood and never imagining that my name would be immortalized on Hollywood Boulevard with all these famous people who came before me!"

Swank has won two Oscars, first for her starring role in "Boys Don't Cry" and second for her portrayal of a young professional boxer in "Million Dollar Baby." Swank's other films include "Insomnia" and the recently released "Freedom Writers."
