WINCHESTER, England, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Oasis lead singer Liam Gallagher is said to be ready to purchase a house in Britain styled after the TV series "Thunderbirds," a report said.
The rock star is reportedly close to purchasing a $7.6 million home in the British coastal town of Poole, which was modeled on the Tracy Island base made famous by the puppet TV series, said the Daily Mail.
The six-bedroom house was designed by Seven Developments Managing Director Eddie Mitchell, who created the Branksome Park home based on his love for the popular 1960s series.
Neither Seven Developments nor a representative for Oasis would confirm that Gallagher was eyeing a purchase of the novelty home.
"We have had several people -- a Lord, a racing driver, a footballer -- look at it," Mitchell told the paper, adding that such inquiries remain confidential.
