NEW YORK, Nov. 17 (UPI) -- The Broadway musical based on the music of Bob Dylan, "The Times They Are A-Changin," directed and choreographed by Twyla Tharp, will close Sunday.

Despite the fact that the show is closing, producers are running the television commercials that started airing when the show opened Oct. 26, reported the New York Daily News.

The commercials, which spotlight the song "Like a Rolling Stone" air during NBC's "Today Show" and after the 11 o'clock news.

It may seem like a waste of money on a show that has already lost a reported $8.5 million but there is a reason.

"Before the show opened, (the producers) decided to make an ad," a spokesman for the show, told the Daily News, and that airtime through Nov. 19 was bought at the same time. "You can pull ads off TV, but there's no refund," he said.
