Anonymous frat boys sue 20th Century Fox

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Two men who allegedly appeared as drunken fraternity brothers in the movie "Borat" have filed suit in Los Angeles, claiming they were duped into appearing.

The anonymous pair are suing 20th Century Fox, One American Productions and several other groups over their appearance in "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan," the comedy by British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, TMZ.com reported.

The suit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claims that they were promised that the film would not be released in the United States and their identities, and the identity of their fraternity, would not be revealed.

The suit claims that they were taken to a motor home where they were filmed while getting drunk with Cohen and watching the Pamela Anderson/Tommy Lee sex tape. They said they were tricked into signing a film release while under the influence of alcohol.

The plaintiffs seek unspecified damages, claiming they suffered "humiliation, mental anguish, and emotional and physical distress, loss of reputation, goodwill and standing in the community," because the movie was released in the United States.
