LONDON, Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Sharon Osbourne, a judge on British TV's "X Factor," has alleged that pop singer Madonna essentially "bought" her new African son, David.
Speaking with U.S. radio and TV personality Howard Stern, the wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne lashed out at the "Material Girl" singer's recent adoption of a Malawian child, Life Style Extra reported .
"It is like getting a Louis Vuitton handbag. If she wants to help the kid," said Osbourne, "she should have helped the father to get a little trade going, a fruit stand or something. She bought a baby, for God's sake."
Meanwhile on the set of ITV1 reality series "X Factor," her fellow judge Simon Cowell recently revealed an upcoming "shock twist" on the show.
"The contestants have no idea what is going to happen," a series source told Life Style Extra. "But that's the point -- we don't want anyone getting too comfortable. We want to give viewers some extra excitement."
