LOS ANGELES, Oct. 18 (UPI) -- TV veteran Tony Danza returned to the stage Wednesday at Los Angeles' Falcon Theatre in a production of the drama "I Remember You."

Danza, who made his theatrical debut in 1998's "Wrong Turn at Lungfish," stars with Robin Riker, Madison Dunaway and Richard Gilliland in the play that started previews Wednesday and opens Oct. 27, Playbill.com reported.

The Walter Painter-helmed production, based on a Bernard Slade work, focuses on a Manhattan piano player who finds himself immersed in a complicated love triangle.

"I Remember You" runs until Nov. 12, at which point it will give up the Falcon Theatre stage to "JACKson FROST," a holiday spoof from The Troubadour Theater Company.

The theater will round out its fifth season with Gordon Hunt's "Where's Poppa?" and the world premiere of Valerie Martin's "Property."
