CHICAGO, Oct. 12 (UPI) -- U2's Bono is expected to announce in Chicago plans to take Product Red, his partnership developed to assist AIDS victims in Africa, to the United States.
Motorola and American Express were Bono's initial partners in the project but their efforts were limited to the United Kingdom, the Chicago Tribune said Thursday.

Products and clothing lines -- the purchase of which contributes to African AIDS relief -- from Motorola, Gap, Armani and Converse shoes will be available throughout the United States, the newspaper said.
