INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 17 (UPI) -- Henry Lee Summer was arrested by Indiana police last week after the singer allegedly plowed through a mobile home community while driving intoxicated.
The Indianapolis Star said the 51-year-old rocker, whose real name is Henry Lee Swartz, was arrested by Marion County Sheriff's Department officers after reportedly driving his car while drunk through nearby Country Woods Estates, causing damage to numerous cars and at least one home.
In addition to charges of driving while intoxicated and attempting to flee the scene of an accident, he will also be charged with resisting arrest after the "I Wish I Had a Girl (Who Walked Like That)" singer struggled with the arresting officer.
No injuries were reported in the incident and Swartz was released on his own recognizance to later appear in court to face the three misdemeanor charges, the newspaper said.
